Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Be aware: To be eligible for a return, the items in the box must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. We will not accept any opened packages.
Please follow these steps to return your order:
- Repackage your items in the Better Brain Box and return it exactly like it was shipped.
- Mail your order back to: The Better Brain Box, 2934 E Garvey Ave S – Ste 250 - #14 – West Covina, CA 91791
- Contact us once you have shipped the package.
- Upon reception of the package and verification of the items, we will refund the entire purchase cost as quickly as possible and notify you via email.
What to do if the box has been damaged in shipping or if some items in the box are defective?
No worries!
Please, contact us immediately and provide details of the issues and photos of the damaged products. If the items are indeed damaged or defective, a replacement or refund will be provided.
Who pays for shipping cost in case of a return?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your box or items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping back the whole box, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
Be aware: In case of damaged or defective items, we will send you the replacement at our own cost.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your refund. We will process your return as quickly as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
Be aware: there is some processing time before a refund is posted to your bank account. Check with your bank or credit card company periodically. Do not hesitate to contact us, if you have not received your refund after 7 business days.
Is it possible to exchange items?
Unfortunately, no. We only exchange items that are damaged or defective.
